Booked an online appointment to have flat tire fixed. Knowing it was a holiday I called ahead to make sure they were open. The person on the phone said, yes they are open just have the car towed to service and they will take care of it. Only to find out... No they were closed and my car will sit there until Monday morning. To top it off they had no loaner vehicles for the inconvenience. Screw this place.

Brian in service is awesome. They replaced the battery in my 2012 Touareg within two hours.
Service advisor is nice but quality service not happy. It maybe VW quality lots of issues with sensors in my 2018 Passat GT. Repeatedly sensors on even after service to fix
