Stevens Creek VW, and Mike Rankin has always treated me with the customer service that will keep me happily coming back. Life/ work is hectic so when I came in for a service and they offered a Lyft home and from work to the dealership the next day, I was pleasantly surprised. Very knowledgeable, helpful and positive energy. The salesman and department sales people we nice, helpful and didn't promote any sense of you need to buy now.
The sales department repeatedly made promises to buy our car over the phone then wouldn't honor them when we came in person. After accepting they were dropping the price by $500 dollars, they dropped it another $300. After swallowing that pill and coming in to do the deal, they dropped the price another $32 and wouldn't budge. The whole process was frustrating and insulting, they are not trustworthy, and have no honor. The sales person we dealt with was Pete Rogers.
