Very professional staff from arrival to payment. The staff are well trained and treat customers like you want to be treated. Consciously or not, they manage the consumer touch points and process magnificently and let you make dental decisions without pressure. This makes you enjoy the experience and look forward to the nice visit.
Dr. Okamoto and his office staff have always provided excellent dental service. Dr. Okamoto saved and restored my teeth after not having dental care for some years. He and his staff are friendly, helpful, very knowledgeable, excellent in every way. I recommend Dr. Okamoto totally without reservation.
