Aside the distance that I had to travel... visiting Steven Toyota and meeting Masar Al Kaem was one of the best experiences of my life. That may sound a bit extreme but it’s true, this trip brought me to my dream car and Masar made this one of the easiest transactions I’ve ever conducted. He was very personable and professional and he didn’t apply any pressure to me in closing out on my vehicle. LASTLY, HE DROVE 2 HOURS AND PERSONALLY DELIVERED IT TO ME AT AN HOUR THAT FIT MY SCHEDULE. Great service !!!!!

We had a great experience with Steven Toyota. We called ahead and let them know what vehicle we were wanting to look at and they had it waiting for us when we got there. Gregory Woodson was very helpful, and not pushy at all. They have a streamlined process and we left the same day with our new (to us) vehicle.

My only experience with them is the service department. They handle both Toyota and Kia. I have 2 Kias and have had each serviced there. I have never had such a good experience with a car service department. The are first class and not outrageously expensive.
