Liked that Dr Ericksen reviewed the x rays and MRI and explained concerns and options from more conservative to more invasive. I arrived 30 minutes early for appointment and waited over an hour for X-rays and waited again. Left at 5:30 after an appointment scheduled at 3:15 so receptionists had left and I couldn’t schedule next appointment. They did call to reschedule today. Doctor didn’t seem to rush thru even though I apparently was the last patient.

Waiting rooms very crowded will go to west location from now on. It was hard to find a place to sit
Very impressed with how much information and explanation I was given. Very patiently answered questions and i never felt rushed. All of the office staff were friendly and helpful.
Reviewed x-rays and covered any questions that I had, polite and very professional
I laughed so much that I cried! I will definitely go again.
Had to wait an hour and 50 minutes before I got to see the doctor.
Everyone was great today when I saw Dr. Erickson in Ryan
I wish that I had gone for my first surgery!!
