I came to Dr. Ericksen for advice about pain relief for my bad back. He listened to and understood my concerns and agreed to an appropriate remedy which is in the works. Everyone on staff at KOC from the front desk to nurses, x-ray staff are professional and caring.
Today was my first appointment with Dr Ericksen. I was very pleased with the depth of experience I had. He fielded all my questions and explained in detail my issues and my treatment options. He did not rush through the appointment. I feel confident that I will now be able to get the treatment I need.

I had heard great things about Dr. Ericksen, other than having poor bedside manners. He had not familiarized himself with my history, and seemed to have zero interest in helping me. He was smug, inconsiderate, and condescending. He was unable to answer a simple question of mine, making me question his ability as a physician. I will definitely be seeking help elsewhere. It makes me sad that someone can be so rude, lack care and compassion, and have no passion for their profession.
He dismissed the results from my MRI due to not having all notes. I had the full results with me but was not concerned. Would not listen to my concerns regarding the pain i am experiencing. He is supposed to be a Spine Specialist but showed no remorse for my pain. He set up a Epidural shot and stating 'if it works, then he guesses something was wrong.' Told me I did not have fibromyalgia due to my pain level. Been dealing with pain over 30 yrs. I can tolerate pain. He was very arrogant. I do not recommend him.
