My husband bought these diamond hoop earrings from their website for $300. 1st picture is the website picture. Subsequent pictures are the earrings he actually received to give to me for Christmas. Tiniest hoops ever! $300 for these? That’s insane...and a total ripoff. You’ve lost our business...if I can’t trust you I won’t buy from you.
I got my daughter a rose for Christmas and it came with a small chip. I text a photo to the return department and the issue was addressed within minutes. I Highly recommend this company because of the quality of items that they sell but mostly because of the awesome customer service.

My husband has been a customer for 15 years. I have 3 roses and two sets of diamond earrings. He recently purchased a size 8 3 stone diamond ring. This ring has been resized, tool marks, and has significant thinning on one side of the band. We paid for a size 8, new ring, not a damaged size 7, beaten to a size 8. Since customer service really didn’t care about that quality, we are returning the ring. Merry Christmas to me.
