I hate Steven Singer! I purchased an engagement ring online, once I recieved the ring I was not satisfied with the size of the main diamond on an otherwise flawless ring. I went in to the store to see what my options were and Bob was extremely helpful. He helped me pick out the exact diamond I wanted and stayed well within my budget. And he had it fixed same day! I LOVE Steven Singer! What a terrific experience purchasing the gift for my wife online. It was shipped so quickly and arrived even better than described and pictured online. I was a little nervous purchasing a piece of jewelry online, without being able to see the item, but I was completely satisfied. They have EXCELLENT customer service as well!
