I have had veneers and other white crowns done and am completely happy with them. I can trust them and love this doctor and his staff because: 1. They are great, caring people who are good at what they do, 2: They have the best in technology, 3. They will do the right thing for the patient, 4. They do what they do best and refer for other special areas to the best doctors for those things. They do not try to do everything, nor try to be everything therefore they are the best at what they do, 5. I can completely trust them.
Dr. Brattesani and his staff are unbelievable! They're so friendly and make you feel right at home. Dr. B does an excellent job of explaining your treatment options and makes sure you're well informed. Most importantly, the results have always lived up to my expectations.
I saw Steven Brattesani about 10 years ago. So, he may have improved since that time. However, based on my experience, I would not recommend him. He is friendly and outgoing. But, I found his personal style a bit frenetic and disturbingly unfocused. He had a lot of new equipment. Dr. Brattesani is among the best dentists I have evern had (and I've had quite a few due to my travels). He is at the cutting edge of dental technology and I have never had one single problem with the work he has done. Nevertheless, he is too expensive for my pocket-book. If you can afford him, he's a great choice. Just beware that it will cost you a pretty penny.
I have been a patient of Dr. Brattesani for 20 years and have nothing but good to say about his professional ethics, or his treatment success. His is an informal atmosphere which I appreciate.I have recommended him to several friends and co-workers and have had no complaints. I am confident in his abilities and professionalism and have no reson not to continue to my relationship with his office.
I can't believe I got "tricked" into going to this place. A co-worker recomended this office but I think he must be crazy!!! The dentist, 'Dr. Steve', is completely un-focused. He spent more time complimenting my shoes and purse than looking at my teeth! He told me that all of my old silver fillings (which my dentist in LA said were old but fine for now) should be replaced soon. The office looks like the bedroom of techie wanna-be. What a mish-mash! Can't get them to return phone calls. Way too many toys. "Am I paying for all this stuff?" And the treatment coordinator calls me "Honey" all the time -- Very unprofessional and bugs me. Listen to their phone message about cancellations and tell me you want to deal with this if you're a busy professional!
I have refered many friends and family to Dr. Brattesani and 100% have stayed with him because of his work and honesty.You've tried the rest, now go with the best ! ! !
