I was extremely satisfied with Dr. Horan. I fell on the ice four years ago, injured my shoulder which never healed. Unfortunately I fell on the ice again and injured my shoulder even more. I was in horrible pain, could not get comfortable or sleep. One visit to Dr. Horan my shoulder has improved 85 percent. Thank you Dr. Horan!!
Dr. Horan always knows how to fix any pains or issues. He takes time to talk with me and come up with a plan. I find him personable, professional, on time, and always helpful. He listens to what I have to say and offers solutions that work. I highly, highly recommend him!
Dr Horan always take time to listen and explain any procedures to me. Always asks for my input and respects my opinion. Questions are answered is such a way as to easily understand.
Experiencing elbow pain/tendinitis. Able to make next day appt. Saw Dr Horan. Office staff pleasant and professional, on time, X-ray on site for quick diagnosis, received cortisone shot and on my way. My second time seeing Dr Horan (first was several years ago for rotator cuff surgery) and have had great service and results both experiences.
He's awesome! He fixed my torn bicep, did a fantastic job of explaining what to expect/do moving forward - I am happy to say that I have posted this review by typing with the arm he restored. GREAT Dr.!!!!!
Very short wait to see Dr Horan. Dr was on time to the appointment. He had read the notes before, listened to my issues, took an x-ray confirming what he thought to be the issue. Gave me two options for resolving the pain I was having. I took the option of a shot to reduce water that was building up in my joints....and I feel like I have 100% recovered.
Dr. Horan was very thorough. He spent time with me and explained my condition in detail and answered every question I had. I did not feel rushed at all. I would definitely recommend him.
Listened to my concerns and took the time to understand my condition. Explained my treatment plan and answered all questions I had. Was very straightforward and knowledgeable. Very happy I contacted him and his team for help.
Dr. Horan is my kind of doctor; they get “Customer Service” here, a most welcome change to patient care.
