Having my teeth cleaned is never a traumatic experience for me. This morning's time with Pearl was especially enjoyable because her hands were gentle and swift, her friendly laughter was fun and her directive's were clear. I'll be back!
My molar crown detached while having dinner on Thursday, I called and left a message in Dr. Hansen's office as well as on Dr. Hansen's cell phone. I received a call back later in the evening and had made an arrangement with Dr. Hansen to go to the office to get it fixed the next day even when she was not scheduled in the office that day. The office also returned my call early in the morning. I am very happy and grateful to receiving help so promptly and cheerfully by Dr. Hansen!
Yesterday I went to Dr. Hansen and told her I have a chipped tooth and I need her to fix it. In spite of her tight schedule she fixed it today.
I have nothing but positive things to say about Christine Hansen and Associates and would recommend this practice to anyone and everyone. Dr. Hagan is my main dentist and she is always so positive, comforting, and kind. The receptionists are totally helpful and the dental assistants are superb. I've never been so pleasantly surprised by a dental office experience. Thank you to all of you!
I have never had such a great experience in a dental office! I was hesitant at first and now I'm telling everyone at work about you guys. I don't feel like I'm visiting the dentist, but seeing friends- Mimi is the best! Not one complaint, A+++ for everyone that has helped me
