The staff is incredibly friendly and professional. They make you feel welcome and spend a lot of time explaining things to you (e.g., the stages of cavities, gum recession, why procedures would be recommended, etc.)
Christine Hansen and team are amazing! They are all good about treating you like a real human being. They are all very professional and you can't get better care for your teeth anywhere!
Great first visit with Dr. J and staff (Mimi and Laura). I'm coming from 7 years with Dr. Leah D in Petaluma who in my view was best in class. I am confident that both my wife and I will have a similar experience with Dr J and team. Looks like you guys are stuck with us. Peace.
The while team are pros --from the time you are greeted until you leave you feel cared for and important. And my teeth are healthy too!
Dr. Christine Hansen and her team are the most wonderful and caring people! They are always smiling and happy. They make sure you are comfortable and answer all your questions so that you fully understand what is being done and/or what to expect.
It's always nice to see Dr. Hansen and get the expert care that she and her staff provide.
Seeing Erica is always a treat for me! I have had her as my hygienist for at least five years now - not quite sure when I first saw her. Every visit is warm, personable, and fun - yes, fun! Erica is also incredibly professional and thorough as well as helpful in telling me some things I can do to improve my dental hygiene practices. I look forward to our appointments.
I receive quality care, the staff is friendly and supportive and all my concerns are immediately addressed. My wife, mother and business partner all have their dental care done here on my recommendation and appreciate the care they receive.
