I first called Dr. Hansen's office with an urgent concern after seeing another local dentist and receiving routine teeth cleaning one week prior. Not only was the office staff superbly accommodating in seeing me the same day at my convenience (even though I was completely new to this practice), the level of care they provided was beyond my expectations. I've been going to Dr. Hansen's office for more than 10 years and always have great service. Erica is a top-notch hygienist; gentle, great memory of my particular issues, and very friendly. Highly recommended.

My visits at the office of Dr. Hansen are always professional and efficient. Today was no different. The staff is courteous, and I am taken into the operatory on time. The office is an excellent match for those with busy schedules, as the dentists and staff respect your time.
Is it weird to say I enjoy going to see my dentist? The staff is friendly and personable from the moment you walk in the door. I was worried when my favorite dental hygienist left, but Erica is just as great! She is very thorough and will consult with the dentist on the spot if she sees anything of concern. The office is located just off University Ave in Palo Alto, a quick walk to restaurants and stores (like Apple). It doesn't get any better than this!
My family and I goes to Dr. Hansen's clinic and we are very happy with their service. Not only do they an excellent job in taking care of our dental needs, we feel so comfortable with every staff member they have. Great service, great work and great people!
Erica hands down does the best cleanings of anywhere I have ever gone. And the fact that she is really nice is added benefit.
