Dr. E is my dad's favorite! He's knowledgeable. Thorough. Listens well. And has comprehensive solutions that address dad's situation holistically. He also responds quickly to messages sent via My Chart. V. pleased to have been referred to him!
I've been seeing Dr. Erlemeier for a few years now. I have a chronic migraine situation that no other neurologist was able to alleviate, and I've gone through several, moving to another when they run out of options. With Dr. Erlemier's approach I got a viable solution, and I am now pain-free. I know his methodology of East Meets West is not everyone's cup of tea (especially in the Tri-Cities), but I find that keeping options open to alternative methods is a valuable approach in conjunction with medication. By the way, it can... read more
I waited months for the appointment to discuss headaches, brain fog and balance issues related to post Covid syndrome. Not only would he not address that I had Post Covid syndrome, but he latched onto my insomnia, which is also directly related to Covid and told me I need to meditate, find ways to ground myself and focus on deep breathing. He suggested grounding by hugging a tree or walking in sand. He talked a lot about Deepak Chopra and told me to breath. Nothing at all was discussed about my symptoms and what might be cau... read more
Dr. Erlemeier fancies himself to be both a neurologist and a psychologist. His treatment of our daughter was appalling. She has TBI and was being abused by her ex. In the process the ex accused her mother of abusing her and APS stepped in. They convinced Erlemeier that the only solutions was for him to change his diagnosis of incompetent to competent to help them get her mother out of her life. Eventually her mother was found innocent of all accusations, and a vulnerable adult protection order was granted against the ex. for... read more
Terrible! Misdiagnosed me. Had to go to Seattle to a Neurologist there. His Cognitive testing was too short. Made me believe I had a serious situation. It put me in a 3 month frenzy. I do not recommend.
Dr. Erlemeier was the worst doctor I’ve ever been to. He was condensening and extremely unprofessional. He mocked me and my condition during my exam. He had NO empathy or sympathy. His summary of my visit was full of his opinions on my life which were not medical conclusions (big difference!). I waited a long time to get this appointment and it was a complete waste of time. Now I know why he was the only neurologist in Tri-Cities I could get an appointment with.
Dr. Erleimeier was exellent with my elderly father examinations, He took the time to explain to us the treatment that best fits my dad's needs. It was a positive experience for Dad. I am glad we were referded to Loudes Medical Center.
I have severe back pain with tingling/numbness in my legs. I've been on pain pills for 5 years & it seem that neurology was the way to go. He was quick to write me off giving me prescriptions for anxiety/antidepressant, which I dont have . I had an MRI that showed wear/bulging on all lumbar disks with one just being moderately to severe. He was extremely rude and condescending. He kept telling me my pain was in a place where it wasn't. He was insensitive and regilious hypocrite. He's a quack.
