2nd visit only about whether a med worked. No additional questions and he left saying he needed to ask something of his staff whose day ended 20 minutes ago. I had no option to ask questions and no one asked about what I needed from them today. He may be excellent and knows he’ll always have patients even though I waited two hrs before he walked in the room and he had other patients to see. Dr. Katz was very awareof his surroundings with us. He commented on the t-shirt I was wearing, which led to a nice discussion. The appointment was very good, and hopefully we get somewhere with the surgery.

Dr. Katz is very kind, understanding, and listens to the patient. He is very thorough and takes the time to answer questions. Although waiting to be seen can be lengthy if your appointment is in the late morning or afternoon, I wait maybe 10 mins when I schedule an early morning appointment.
