I appreciated the signs that said Dr. Katz would take the time he needed with each patient and not worry about the time folks waited to see him. I found Dr. Katz to be very thorough and very understanding. He not only asked about bloodwork info that I should have been able to access for him, but called the office of another health professional to get the information needed for follow-up bloodwork related to Dr. Katz’s diagnosis of my optical nerve problem. Dr. Katz spends as much time as needed during an appointment. He listens deeply, asks questions and discusses options. His demeanor is kind and intelligent. I trust him implicitly and highly recommend him.
All office staff were very friendly and welcoming. Allowed for breaks between testing if needed. The doctor was kind and found a connection point before starting exam and testing. Office area was clean (including the bathroom) and easy to locate, doors were clearly label.
