Staff was extremely friendly from the moment I walked in. This was my first visit in the office from a recommendation. Everyone was professional and Dr. Holbrook took the time to talk with me about any concerns or questions I had. I felt very comfortable there and would definitely recommend this office.
Terrific dentist and staff. My family started going to Dr. Holbrook when I really needed to be seen on a Sunday, couldn't get a hold of my dentist, so I called Dr. Holbrook and even though I wasn't his patient, he agreed to see me right away. My whole family, and friends we have referred, think Dr. Holbrook is great. My husband is a dentist and is very pleased being Dr. Holbrook's patient too. He also has outstanding hygienists, and very friendly too.
I've never had a bad experience at your office. Everyone is always friendly, attentive and appropriate. After seeing Donna, my teeth are always exceptionally clean (with nearly no discomfort during or after).
It was a great experience, as always.
Dr. Holbrook is a gentle, soft-spoken dentist who spends a reasonable amount of time with you and explains things well. He's not pushy or rushed like my other dentists have been. His hygenist, Stephanie, was really great. High energy, funny, and pleasant, and provides a thorough cleaning, though gentle. Nice "goodie bags" to take home and responsive admins followed up quickly with a phone call and the information requested afterwards. Very happy with my overall experience.
As always, a pleasant experience - not something usually associated with a visit to the dentist :^)
