There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. They've never been late to any of my appointments. I've even showed up early sometimes and they've always been ready and prepared. It's always nice to have comfortable chairs to sit in while you are waiting to visit the chiropractor. I appreciate the fact that they invested in comfy chairs.

Yes Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns? Not at all! They were happy to address every concern I had Does the chiropractor customize their treatment to meet the needs of your specific condition? Yes, their adjustments addressed my condition

Yes, it was in a safe enough neighborhood Does this provider have a good professional reputation within your community? Definitely! Everyone knows they are the best around! Did this provider prominently display their diplomas or business license? Definitely! I saw it as soon as I walked in! Was the waiting area spacious? Yes

Did this provider seem well-trained and experienced? Absolutely, they were an expert! Did the chiropractor update you about the progression of your recovery at each appointment? Definitely! They made an extra effort to keep me well informed. Did you leave the office feeling satisfied with your visit? Completely! Did this provider's staff seem to respect him/her? Definitely! They staff spoke very highly of him/her Did this provider promise services he/she couldn't provide? Not at all! They exceeded my expectations

After your appointment with this chiropractor, were you still skeptical that the treatment would be effective? Not at all! I was very confident when I left! Did this chiropractor use current and safe equipment? Yes; the equipment is very advanced! Does this provider maintain a professional appearance? Absolutely! You can tell that he/she really makes an effort to look professional

They would never leave me unattended and they always go the extra mile to make me feel cared for. I was in awe at the level of service I received when I visited Steven Peck, D.C.. They completely surpassed all my expectations and I will absolutely be going back. It is obvious that their office is cleaned regularly. It was fantastic. They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here.
