I saw Dr. Gross after I hurt my elbow in a fall two years ago. X-rays showed a fracture which healed well, but I still had pain. I saw Dr. Gross several times afterward. He assured me there was nothing more he could do and sent me to more physical therapy. Dr. Gross did an incredible job on my ruptured Achilles. My tear was high and both my GP and Dr. Gross explained to me that I was a prime candidate to heal without surgery (using boot/cast only to heal). That said Dr. Gross is an exceptional listener and after hearing how active and competitive I was he recommended the surgical route for my recovery. Dr. Gross performed surgery on my 7 year olds broken elbow. He did an excellent job answering all our questions and putting our child at ease. Surgery and recovery went great.

Dr Gross has been fantastic to work with - he's replaced my left knee and right hip plus oversaw my recovery from a broken tibia plateu. He listens, is respectful, and offers excellent advice and guidance. I think his surgical skills are absolutely top notch.
I can't say in enough words how good my experience with Dr. Gross and the IBJI & Lake Cook Orthopedics Team has been. I had never had any real surgery in my life and full hip replacement had me more than a little apprehensive (to say the least). Dr. Gross evaluated me perfectly and to say my surgery was a great success would be a tremendous understatement. Highly Highly recommended!!
It'difficult to find the right words to express my gratitude for Dr. Gross. My shoulder was broken in 5 places. Shattered so badly my arm fell out if it's a socket. Not only did he put it back together but I'm absolutely no pain whatever! my shoulder is as strong as ever. He's more talented.
