I dislocated my left shoulder while snowboarding and chose this center based on a recommendation from a friend. I was linked to Dr. Gross and have only good things to say about him, his team, and the overall approach. I had a complicated comminuted pilon ankle fracture from a ski accident in January. Two months later, I am healing as well as possible after the surgery and all the hardware was expertly put into my leg to align my bone pieces and hold them together. PT is also critical to my recovery, of course, but I am so grateful to have such an excellent trauma orthopedic surgeon in our community.

The visit was punctual, efficient and pleasant. The admin people, X-ray technicians and medical staff were knowledgable and personable.
I saw Dr. Gross after I hurt my elbow in a fall two years ago. X-rays showed a fracture which healed well, but I still had pain. I saw Dr. Gross several times afterward. He assured me there was nothing more he could do and sent me to more physical therapy. Now, two years later, still in pain, I saw another doctor who ordered an MRI which showed I have a torn muscle in the elbow. Dr. Gross did an incredible job on my ruptured Achilles. My tear was high and both my GP and Dr. Gross explained to me that I was a prime candidate to heal without surgery (using boot/cast only to heal). That said Dr. Gross is an exceptional listener and after hearing how active and competitive I was he recommended the surgical route for my recovery. Such a great Dr and team! Spent time listening to me and they are so helpful! He suggested and performed Achilles surgery..it went so smooth and I am pain free now!!
Dr. Gross performed surgery on my 7 year olds broken elbow. He did an excellent job answering all our questions and putting our child at ease. Surgery and recovery went great.
Dr Gross is a wonderful surgeon. He repaired my shattered shoulder and I am doing great . His staff is also wonderful. I truly recommend him for surgery. SF July 2020
