Excellent first time visit with Dr. Gross. He explained everything very well, reassured me, and provided good answers to my question. Certainly plan to visit him again as the need arises.
Dr. Gross did ORIF surgery on my horrific pilon ankle fracture 6 months ago. It's a very complicated surgery and I have a lot of permanent hardware in my leg after my skiing accident, but I do have full use of my leg at this point for short distances and can handle stairways, both up and down. It's a long healing and strengthening process (1-2 years) but it's good to have such talent helping me recover. Dr Gross was very thorough and efficient. Very good bedside manner. Highly recommend him. Was able to quickly assess and provide a solution for my shoulder pain.

Dr Gross has been amazing. Very caring and professional. His assistant Rachel is helpful and nice.
I broke my arm in Mexico & was told I needed surgery. Dr Gross said surgery was unnecessary or even a cast. He and his nurse Rachel we’re both very friendly and pleasant.
Everything from setting up appointment, through the interaction with Dr. Gross went smoothly; was professional, pleasant and informative. Our interaction was minimal, but I am very satisfied.
He had a sense of humor.
Dr Gross is very skilled and knowledgeable. He did a wonderful job with my surgery and follow up care. What stood out to me even more than that was the quality of his presence and care.
