Dr. L did total shoulder replacement on my left shoulder 10/21. He explains everything thoroughly and I had great results. No negatives!
Dr. Lippitt and his staff acted with complete disregard for my time and were unable to even pretend to care about my injury. This is the worst standard of care I've ever experienced, and is not in keeping with the high expectations I have for the Cleveland Clinic. I would advise anyone considering seeing Dr. Lippitt to find another doctor.
