Dr. Beanes did an amazing job on my umbilical surgery! He gave me the option of standard surgery or robotic, and I chose the robotic. I had minimal pain post-surgery, with no complications so far (knock on wood) and very few of the discomfort issues they thoroughly warned me about. I recently had surgery by Dr. Beanes. I found him to be knowledgeable, caring and compassionate. His staff was very kind, both in the office and at the Surgery Center. Dr. Beanes and his staff also got me in right away and scheduled surgery promptly. Dr. Beanes was very humble and truly cared about me and my situation. I didn’t feel rushed in the appointment, even though I knew he was very busy. He took time with me and answered all of my questions. It was a very positive e Petrie cue and I feel great.
Office runs like clockwork. No excessive, unplanned, waiting. Surgery is planned carefully, with excellent communication between doctor and patient. The surgery itself went exactly as planned. The only surprise was a lack of pain during the recovery period.
I have been extremely pleased and grateful I found Dr. Beanes and staff. From my first phone call to ask for an initial consultation appointment, to my first and subsequent visits and to my interaction with Dr. Beanes, I have received world-class care. Met Dr Beanes 17 years ago in the ER - he was on call and did my sons emergency appendectomy ! Great surgeon , no complications and quick recovery! I have been going to him for 7 years for removal of angiolipomas- always painless No complications ever and done in office. Dr Beanes makes you feel like you are his only patient, never rushes, always explains the procedures and does excellent work. Highly recommend this doctor!
Dr Beanes is very caring, makes sure you feel like the most important person in his office. He sat with me, no computer in front of him, for 30 minutes. He recalled the surgery, and circumstances, from my procedure 18 months ago, offered helpful advice and was present! Most docs, these days, don’t want to spend the time. Bonus point, HE WAS ON TIME!
Dr. Beanes has special skills beyond his superior abilities in surgical techniques. He listens carefully and is very focussed on the discussion at hand. He took great care in offering to answer all my questions and I was not rushed, despite an obviously busy practice humming outside the exam room. He is the exact profile I am looking for in a surgeon.
Dr Beanes performed surgery and during the scheduled pre-op meeting was very informative and willing to answer all my questions. Day of surgery, he spent time reminding me of everything we discussed and took time to answer last minute questions. Surgery was successful and I am pleased with the results and with him and his practice.
I was referred to Dr. Beanes in April of 2022 for double hernia surgery. He was able to schedule surgery just two weeks after my initial consultation. He explained it would probably be laparoscopic, but it could also be an open surgery depending on my body. He also discussed the experiences of other patients, so I was fully informed of all possible post op concerns. In short, he was very thorough.
