Did this dentist allow you to regularly rinse your mouth during your procedure? Yes, I was able to rinse Does this provider always take that extra step to make you feel special? Yes, I always enjoy my appointments Was this dentist friendly? Yes Were the staff members able to answer your questions? The staff didn't seem to know very much, they couldn't ever answer my questions

Did this provider wear an obnoxious cologne? No, they didn't wear any cologne Do you trust this dentist to only recommend dental procedures you need? Yes, I trust them Was the dental equipment clean? Absolutely! It looked brand new Did this dentist offer you anesthetic when appropriate? Yes, they offered me anesthetic when appropriate

Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered? Immediately! They gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in Did this provider answer all of your questions? Every question I had was answered thoroughly Were you able to get answers to simple questions from this provider without scheduling an appointment? Yes Did this dentist practice good oral hygiene? Yes, I could tell they practiced good oral hygiene

I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. The entire support staff is very welcoming. The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded and I rarely have to wait more than a few minutes. They try to make sure you have the same hygienist every time you go for a cleaning. Kirstin is very personable and always remembers me and little personal things we discussed in prior appointments. Yes, they were able to answer my questions Did this provider's staff seem to respect him/her? Yes, I could tell the staff respected him/her Did this dentist give you your invoice promptly? Yes, they gave me one when I asked
