Let me just say that this business is in one of the safest areas around and you will be pleasantly surprised at how lovely the surroundings are. Let me just say that the chairs in their waiting room are quite comfortable. Its nice that they care about patient comfort. They always take that extra step to make me feel special. Does this provider always take that extra step to make you feel special? Absolutely, they always make me feel like I'm their only patient. Was this provider sympathetic to your situation? Yes, they were sympathetic and caring Did this provider's staff seem to respect him/her? Definitely! They staff spoke very highly of him/her

No, its really far from the freeway and other shops Does this provider adhere to the customer is always right policy? No, it is their way or the highway Did this provider promise services he/she couldn't provide? Yes, they were able to do almost nothing they originally said they could

Were you able to watch TV during your dental procedure? Yes! I was able to choose between watching TV or reading a magazine How would you compare this provider to others in his/her field that you have visited? Among the best I have seen Did this provider seem irritated to be working with you? Not at all, they were glad to help me with anything I needed Has this provider ever cancelled your appointment on you last minute? Never, they are very reliable.

Does this provider adhere to the customer is always right policy? Yes, they listen to all complaints and make every effort to correct the situation. Did this dentist offer you anesthetic when appropriate? Definitely! They paused every few minutes to make sure I was comfortable Was this provider sympathetic to your situation? Yes! They went above and beyond to make me feel special and respected Have the fillings, crowns, or veneers you've received lasted? Yes, they lasted as long as they were supposed to
