Although I am satisfied with the dental care I have received, I am upset about a letter recently mailed from Dr. Procopio's practice regarding missed appointments. The letter was impersonal, (addressed "To whom it may concern"), requested patients always call back to confirm appointments and stated there would be charges if an appointment is not cancelled 48 HOURS IN ADVANCE. I believe they try and see too many patients at once. Two of my four visits felt very rushed and on one occasion they left a TV on in the room while I was being worked on and the Dentist watched TV while filling a cavity. I think they work done was sub par and I will not go back and neither will my wife.
