I saw the Doctor right away. As a result of my fall & head i jury I was also given a hearing test. Turns out I may have suffered hearing loss. Dr. suggested I get a second opinion whereever I go for hearing aids. Very professional, efficient & caring. I felt listened to & taken care of.
I am a fairly new patient. I was greeted quickly and with a smile, the waiting area is super spacious. I love this facility, and it's location. The staff are friendly and caring, Dr. Battaglia has a great attitude, I really enjoy my visits here!
Scheduling was easy and quick. Filling out paperwork ahead of time saved time at office. Very efficient appointment. Saw nurse, PA and doctor. Everyone was very kind and understanding. Highly recommend this doctor and office. Treatment plan was straightforward.
I usually don’t do reviews but I recently had such a remarkable experience at Dr. Battaglia’s office that I just couldn’t resist. Dr Battaglia is the wisest ENT that I have ever been to. He is smart, honest, kind and efficient. I had a hoarse voice for a few months so Dr Battaglia looked at the inside of my throat with a camera. He let me know that I had a growth that looks more likely malignant. In a few days Dr Battaglia conducted a biopsy to confirm the diagnosis. It turns out that I have stage 2 throat cancer.
