PA took vital signs efficiently. Dr. Battaglia saw me shortly after, perhaps 5 minutes at the most, after the check up with PA. He was kind and reassuring, explained what he saw and recommended that I return in 4 months for a follow up. He is a kind and caring physician.
I was taken into the examination room shortly after my arrival. His assistant came in and took some readings. Within 10 minutes the doctor came in and we discussed my problem and a date was set for the surgery.
First visit to this office for tinnitus consultation - checkin was breeze by completing online prior to appointment. Not much idle time, efficiently checked for vitals, ear/nose/throat examination, hearing test, fielded questions/concerns, and finally Dr. Battaglia provided his assessment and recommendations. Felt good leaving the office.
Kind, caring doctor who directed a quick, thorough, and directed evaluation. Great experience. Strongly recommend.

I had an amazing experience with Dr. Steven Battaglia and his staff.Dr. Battaglia and his staff are the best possible example of a great ENT practice. Dr. Battaglia took time to know me, was thorough in his exam, compassionate, and worked with me on a conservative treatment plan. The front desk and all the staff are kind and helpful. I would recommend him to anyone.
