Professionalism displayed at it’s best from the staff and PA. Dr Battaglia listened calmly and with care, and explained clearly my issues, and advised accordingly. I would highly recommend him if you have any ENT issues.

Amazing doctor. Takes time to listen. Explains clearly. Compassionate, caring and conservative with treatment. The fact that audiologist is in the same office makes end to end visit easy and efficient.
Dr Battaglia has been treating me for over a decade. His bedside manner, his knowledge of your condition is imparted in a very comprehensible manner. He is kind and caring. The removal of polyps was without pain or discomfort. Great doctorwho loves his work and I would highly recommend him to family and friends.

I needed an immediate appt. due to an badly abscessed tooth infection that had swollen the whole side of my face. The entire staff, from the first person I spoke to over the phone, the reception staff, the physicians asst., and Dr. Battaglia were more than friendly, professional and helpful. Especially considering that I was a brand new patient.

Dr. Batagglia is very good at communicating diagnoses and treatment as well as answering questions. I recently had a procedure in the office and he kept me informed of every step before and during. He's courteous, caring and efficient. And the staff he works with know their jobs and are also extremely courteous and helpful.
