Great facility. Smooth check in. The PA, audiologist, and Dr well all exceptional. They listened and addressed all my concerns.
Today rain was pouring down fast and furious. I had to call the doctor’s office to explain that I parked in the wrong garage and will definitely be late for my appointment. The staff was gracious enough to take me in. This is one kind gesture that is worth telling.
Medical appointments always make me a tad anxious, and first-time visits amp that up a bit. However, this was a great experience. Michelle facilitated my check-in, and it went very smoothly. I appreciated Michelle's positive energy and vibe. Peter took my vitals. Peter is friendly, personable, and has a great sense of humor, which helped to dial down my angst. The facility is bright and clean, the staff is friendly and helpful and the doctor is caring and professional.
I developed an ear problem while I was in a vacuum chamber. The doctor was able to see me immediately and fixed my right ear within 10 minutes. He was kind well spoken explained everything and I was happy as hell with his service. The staff made me feel comfortable. They were very nice and I highly recommend this doctor one of the best I’ve been to ever!
Dr. Battaglia was fantastic. He removed a polyp from nose. He explained everything he was going to do and checked in on me throughout the procedure. My breathing has improved so much. Wonderful doctor. I highly recommend! Office is very clean and his staff was super!
I saw the Doctor right away. As a result of my fall & head i jury I was also given a hearing test. Turns out I may have suffered hearing loss. Dr. suggested I get a second opinion whereever I go for hearing aids. Very professional, efficient & caring. I felt listened to & taken care of.
I am a fairly new patient. I was greeted quickly and with a smile, the waiting area is super spacious. I love this facility, and it's location. The staff are friendly and caring, Dr. Battaglia has a great attitude, I really enjoy my visits here!
