Had Ryan as my service advisor. They mounted my new aftermarket wheels on my 17 GTI. Did a great job all around and placed the old wheels in boxes and back in the car
My son was heading to KY from Furman for the holidays when he got his first of three flats. Not sure what he drove over, but 100% sure the crew at Steve White got him safely back on the road AND assured this worried mama six hours away that all was well. When 2009 VW Eos broke down I called Steve White and David Lowrence helped calm me on the phone. He called a tow truck for me and had a rental car ready for me when I arrived at the dealership. He talked with me every day as to what was occurring to ready my car. He paid attention to the travel time it took for me to come to the dealership and when my car was ready it was washed and vacuumed out. We have bought three vehicles from Steve White VW. Why? Good prices, truly great service, friendly staff and a facility with all the amenities. Recently, on a road trip to Colorado we picked up a contaminated tank of fuel. Neal and Mark went far above and beyond in giving us long distance help to get us back on the road. Easy to make an appointment that is suitable to your schedule, I was greated with a smilling face, directed Neil my service adviser which made me fell I was among friends. Starbuck's coffee, snacks VW suveniers which I bought my son a old Beetle Shirt $10.00 could not beat the price Neil asked if I needed a cortesy car , just a HAPPY EXPERIENCE all together.
