Love Steve white vw !! Went in to get a wheel lock because I lost mine told them I was going to a tire store to get tires well they not only matched the price they beat the price and I got even better tires than what I was going to get. They are all so friendly and helpful! Love my vw cc and Steve white vw !!

We bought a VW from Matt about a month ago. We got some bad fuel the other night and it stopped working but VW towed it and checked it out and told us what the issue was. Even though it wasn’t their fault, they’ve offered us a loaner car and have been amazingly accommodating and extremely nice through this whole ordeal. We will never go anywhere else! Felt like I was trying to be up sold on something without trying a simpler less expensive option first. Also paying a 99 dollar fee just to diagnose seemed over priced. On top of that you would think they could give you that free wash they mention on their website which I didn't get. I also had to call them to find out what's going on with my car after they had it all day. Waste of time and money.
Neal and the service team at Steve White VW are the very best. After ten years they always provide customer delight time after time after time. You guys are tops in my book!
