Above and beyond customer service. Shane Connette and Sergio Elmore helped me get a loaner when my Civic with 200k miles left me stranded. Sergio got me a great deal on a 2019 Jetta, would’ve never considered a VW had it not been for these gentlemen’s kindness and professionalism.

I took my car for its 40,000 mile service. Neil Simkins handled the appointment and provided excellent service. My car was ready on time and all work was done as needed.
