The service department is WONDERFUL!! I cannot say enough good things about David. He has helped me out so many times with service a two weird mishaps with my Jetta. Most recently my power steering went out on Laurens Road at 5:30pm. I was able to pull into a parking lot and frantically call David. When I walked in one of the other guys greeted me and got me a water while David was on the phone. David was able to get me a loaner until they could look at the next day. After a horrible experience with a mechanic somewhere else I took my EOS to Steve White. They said my car was a mess. They put my car back together like it was supposed to be. I'm so happy they could make it right again!

Superior customer service! Having moved from New Jersey to South Carolina I had to find a dealership to service my VW Tiguan. While in New Jersey, my son, who is a master mechanic was able to direct me to the required service needs. Now living in South Carolina right now needed to trust an outsider with my service needs. I contacted them with a no crank no start issue and they were very efficient in the way they took information and came up with a solution, one to getting the vehicle to them and then correcting it, very professional, polite and efficient.
The service department led by Neal S. was exceptionally considerate since I was late forty minutes. They, meaning all the staff were overly friendly and conversational. My vehicle was evaluated and serviced, it was completed in a very short amount of time! Will always use White Volkswagen service since they are upfront with costs and Neal S explained my diagnosis of future needs�
