They know the product. Sales associates that want you to get exactly what you want and are willing to go the extra mile. To top it off they are extremely family oriented, once you walk in you might literally meet the assossiates families. There was a free pumpkin patch inside the dealership. Totally not what I thought a typical dealership would be like.
I did not purchase my Volkswagen from this dealership but I know that I will be purchasing my next VW from them for sure! Amazing customer service from any and all employees! They truly go above and beyond to make sure that you are satisfied. I took my car for an oil/fuel filter change and left with both as well as a washed and vacuumed car! My husband and I have never been treated more rudely. The manager, Jason Scott, continually talked down to us and insinuated that we couldn't afford the car we were looking at. He lost the deal over a small amount of money...we bought the exact car at a competitor's dealership where we were (and continue to be) treated like we matter! I will never return to this place of business.
Excellent service and staff! Everyone was super helpful and polite! More dealerships need to hire the caliber of employees that you will find at Steve White VW! Thank you all for a wonderful car buying experience!

I cannot sing enough praise for Steve White Volkswagen's customer service! I had the pleasure of working with Jamey Dixon in the Parts department this morning who went above and beyond to make sure the floor mats I ordered were perfect. He even used his "special Volkswagen powers" to open the back passenger door of my Jetta that had been stuck shut for the past 4 years. Still not sure how he did that. I will absolutely be going back to Steve White Volkswagen for any and every Jetta question or issue!
