Salesperson Keisha was very helpful but I decided on a different car

Great people amazing expirience
They set the appt with us on a Friday afternoon. We drove 45 min to dealer next day and waited around. The asst mgr then came to tell us they sent the car to auction. Who does that? Good news is we bought a better ram truck that day from someone else.
Response was almost immediately. They are still touching base with me.
Was a little confusing, as I was contacted through multiple routes simultaneously. Otherwise, everything has been going great and I plan to get a test drive soon!
