Great people amazing expirience
They set the appt with us on a Friday afternoon. We drove 45 min to dealer next day and waited around. The asst mgr then came to tell us they sent the car to auction. Who does that? Good news is we bought a better ram truck that day from someone else.
Response was almost immediately. They are still touching base with me.
Was a little confusing, as I was contacted through multiple routes simultaneously. Otherwise, everything has been going great and I plan to get a test drive soon!

I had ask several times within the past several days was the 2015 Denali a XL and everyone I had spoke with told me it was. I drove many miles across town and through heavy traffic to get there then found out that I wasn't told the truth. It was not a XL . Bad business and the sales reps need to practice being on the same page and giving factual info about vehicles when setting up appointments...
