Brandon head of internet sales at the dealership was extremely helpful. I ended up buying a 2019 Tahoe in Blue that they found at another dealership. The vehicle I purchased had a couple more options than the original one but I got exactly what I wanted for a very good price. I was treated with respect and my desires were listened too during the entire process, just as I would treat someone if the roles were reversed. Brandon was great and I would recommend him personally and Steve Rayman the dealership without hesitation.
Tried to get a conversation going where I could make a planned trip over to look at a vehicle and barely could get any response to my emails and barely had one phone call. Several days later the vehicle is no longer for sale. Waste of a week. I was ready to buy, but I guess they don't want my business.
Called to confirm I qualified for available rebates as the dealer was over an hour away. I was reassured that they did, however, upon arriving found out that I in fact did not. The sales man I worked with at the dealer was polite. The manager on the other hand was not.

Very good salesman, and knowledgeable on the 2016 Buick Enclave. Love the warranty on the vehicle. Great team
I spoke with a salesman who quoted me one price. When I arrived at the dealership, ready to purchase the vehicle, CASH, for the amount the, manager did not agree with the price. The vehicle was for my business and a waste of my time for the day.
Dealer was helpful. Offered to assist in finding another vehicle.
