Quick to respond and a solid experience
They tell you they don't negotiate the price is what it is, but they drop the price almost every week if it doesn't sell. I emailed them and explained this was an hour drive from me and asked if they would sell the van for $25K. I was told that they normally don't negotiate but if I come down they would see what they could do. We drove down an hour and was told that they have an AI bot doing their emails and they DO NOT negotiate. What a waste of time.
If I could give a 0 star, I would. This dealership adds back the $4K federal rebate plus an additional $2600 fees as "aftermarket" charges. In other words, they reduce their initial price to below the $25K threshold so you can qualify for the $4K rebate but then adds it back plus more as some kind of add-on fees. Don't believe their listing prices. You're not getting the benefit of the federal rebate with them!
My experience was disappointing frustrating and I will never go there again. We had an appointment to see the car and another family took it for a test drive. The dealership told us it was still ours. They said we were the number 1 and we had it locked in. We were there for 2 hours filling out applications and going to buy the car when they came back and said the other couple got it. They lied and deceived. Wasted 2 hours to go home with no car

I didn't qualify for the Rogue but the salesperson explained once the financing was approved then they would call me down to dealership to choose the vehicle I wanted. Well when I arrived there was only one vehicle which was nice and clean so I test drove it. Then waited at the dealership for a couple of hours after which I was told that I could test drive the vehicle home and that upon approval would be contacted and picked up to complete sale.
