This dealership is the best! I wish that I had a way to work with them directly. I don’t have a way to make it to them because I need a vehicle but their representative was awesome. She (Annie) was pleasant to talk with and considerate. I would definitely recommend them to everyone.
And they did a real good job on the sales staff of following up unfortunately we just couldn't come to number highly recommend them

Quick response and follow up. I went to test drive the car, and Donell my sales person was great. He showed me a couple cars and did test drives on two vehicles. The next day, I decided to buy one and followed up to see about price. I was told it was firm and provided with a quote. Within a week the price was dropped. And it had a drop or two after that. No one ever called me back to let me know. I decided on another car and bought elsewhere.

The lady who sets up the appointments was nice. The sales person was pretty carefree. Didn't really seem to care about the car or me very much. The management was also kind of carefree. I never really got the sense like they thought I was a valued customer. The sales manager also called me to let me know that he thought my credit union was rude? Sounded like he took it personally for whatever reason. Kind of childish if you ask me. Luckily I was able to pick up the car without any further issues.
Salesperson Keisha was very helpful but I decided on a different car
