Service department is a joke! Don't know about the sales team but if it's anything like the service department I'd go somewhere else.
Bought 2, 1 2018 Renegade for me till Granddaughter gets license, AND 1 2019 Ram 1500 truck. Matt Locke was my salesman, fantastic guy. They did not give me as much on my trade as as would have liked since KBB gave me 2000 more. I like the atmosphere of the place, not stuffy like a few went to prior when started looking. Gave me a great but not a fantastic deal on purchases but am ok with it. I do have to return for the running board, and rain guards to be installed on both.
