Dear Mike Bittell, Today one of your employees changed my perspective on people and made a day of hell turn into a great day just by his kindness and empathy. Purchased a used vehicle and less than two weeks it was not running right. The dealership told me to take it to another dealership and have it diagnosed and they would see what they could do about it. The diagnostic shows it will cost $2000 to repair. I have called, emailed, and text multiple people at Steve Jones and six days later they still haven’t returned my calls, emails, or texts.
I had a great experience with them! Dan showed us exactly what we wanted, took the time to show us other options to make sure we were making the right decision, was patient and didn’t pressure us! Glenn was also awesome! They both did everything they could to make sure we were satisified with our deal. They let us take our time and even stayed with us hours after the dealership was supposed to close so we could take our new car home that evening. All that with a great atitude! We couldn’t be happier we found them!
