We purchased a 2020 Jeep and love it. However during closing Glenn offered us a oIl change deal and I didn’t take. He did say let him know if I changed my mind. I called back two days later and wanted the service he said no problem. A several weeks passed and I called again and he said let me look into it. Guess he forgot. excellent sales staff....but if you take your vehicle in for an oil change. Make sure you explain that you do or dont need a tire rotation.because they will do it then charge the 29.95...REX was great at explaining that a tire rotation was a normal upcharge.but folks may not know......

The service dept. was the reason we bought our 2020Jeep Latitude. In the past, my husband and I received good service from Paul. Went looking for a brand new jeep. Last week Dan Manns got the jeep I wanted; the color (pearl red) and the interior (beige). No pressure at all.
