My husband and I had a wonderful experience with this group of people. I got a new car they were helpful, fun to talk to and honest. Yes honest. I went to get an oil change picked up my car and went home with a new one. 😊
I took my Kia for first oil change I bought my car at overturf in Kennewick. I called twice for a quote when I picked up my car the price was $20.00 higher. Then I noticed today my license plate trim front and back was removed “without my permission “ and Steve Hahn plate trims were put on!!!! Nothing should be done to the owners car without permission. Very disappointed. I will make the drive to Kennewick going forward
Very special thanks to Steve Hahn, Charlie, and the rest of the crew at Steve Hahn Auto Group. They were so helpful to us when we needed to get kids to camp this summer. Everyone that served us was so willing to go out of their way to help us, they were amazing and the kids had a great time! It was a huge blessing and we appreciate their support and encouragement very much.

Drove up from Tri Cities to look at a car. Car had already been sold. Their mixup but they said they’d make it right and delivered. Got a great deal working with Luis and Jeff. Worth the drive.
Scott has been great to work with my 2013 Kia Optima hybrid was towed in with battery issues Scott immediately found me a loaner vehicle then started working towards repairs, after finding the problem out he expedited the parts to his office. During the process he kept me informed in every step of the way the entire service department did great!!! Thank you Steve Hahn’s and thank you Scott for providing me with great customer service! Mo
