After losing my original car to a deer, Steve Hahn auto group helped me with the insurance and to find a replacement car without alot of stress and drama.
Went there for a 2016 Subaru Legacy, had it for a week and 5 days and then got a call to come in because they have some news for me. Keep in mind I had got the windows tinted and everything because they said that is my vehicle. Well went in and got told the bank wants to see me in a new car I guess. So Mike gave me 1 option which was a 2020 Jetta. He told me to test drive a 2019 one that was sitting out front. I told him repeatedly I did not want to drive it because I did not like it. Very disappointed with my service form the Steve Hahn Auto group. I waited over a week to receive the purchase order for a service van from my sales rep Neili which was never sent. After a full week of waiting for the paperwork and checking in every day they eventually sold the van to someone else. Unprofessional, poor communication, and terrible service. I do not recommend doing business with this dealership.
