Bought a brand new Mercedes in 2018. Took over 4 hours to get paperwork done, even though we went in pre-approved before hand. Received an unwashed, empty gas tank Mercedes-Benz. Have had several issues with the service...they were over 30 minutes late for our scheduled service due to the simply forgetting us in the waiting room, received our car back with a scuffed rim that we never got a call back about.
