I bought a car I would say not even two months ago. I was pregnant and in Preterm labor so needed a reliable vehicle for my baby. I also told them about my taxi company so they knew this car was going to be my income. I asked if there was any type of warranty it came with and he said "no but if anything happens we'll help you" The day before I had my daughter premature, my transmission went to the point where it won't go in reverse and hardly go forward. Over the years I had bought 6 cars from Steve Grayson motors , he always work with me on the price, The first thing I do when I buy a car from anywhere is give it a complete tuneup and the cars lasted me a long time. As a mater of fact the last vehicle was a 99 Old’s bravada , I bought it 4 years ago for my mom and the car still running strong. Is people’s responsibility to check the fluids on their cars. When you 1st talk to the man at this lot he will tell you hes an honest man.... But do not believe any of his lies he sold me a Vehicle I went to get the plugs and wires changed and it left a nice big hole because The spark plugs were Melted to the piston.... They claim everything is my fault 100% and they claimed they offered me free mechanic work (they never did) got it up on the rack to discover that tire were wearing unevenly and the whole inside of tire had wires hanging out Due to not having a proper alignment .... My step-son in kidney failure purchased a car from this dealer not even a month passed when he took his car to a mechanic to have his spark plugs changed which should have been done before the car was sold but the mechanic found the spark plugs melted, once he was able to free the spark plug free it was determined the engine needed replaced. The car was towed back to this lot. More than a week later and the dealer avoids calls, isn’t there half the time and claims it’s my sons fault. I don’t recommend this dealer at all �. H... read more
Steve was great! Didn't think I could get into what I wanted but Steve made it happen. Great inventory and Steve goes the extra mile to get you behind the wheel. Very honest and upfront which is hard to come by these days. Not enough stars for this place!
