Did stern go out of business?? website does not work and the phone goes unanswered
This agency keeps calling me for a debt that I paid over six months ago, and they keep telling me sorry the call was a mistake because they haven't updated their information. I spoke to David and cursed him out twice because he was rude so was the lady I talked to as well. Very rude poor customer service these guys are IDIOTS!! No wonder they have two stars out of five.
I just got off the phone with them to pay off a remaining balance. First, I had to call several times, they have no voice mail service. Second, unlike most debt collectors, they refused to budge on the amount. They were definitely "stern'. Most importantly, the girl I talked too was very rude and did not see willing to do anything except collect money. She was very short with me answering any questions.
