Sterling PM knows how to get the job done. Excellent at managing properties.
I would recommend Sterling Management to anyone because they have been wonderful to me as a tenant. Even though I have had many appliances brake down and have problems, Will has been on top of it all. He has has my refrigerator and stove fixed, and even replaced the entire heater. I am so happy this is the type of management company who takes care of its' tenants and problems for that matter.
Since working with Sterling, I've found them to have integrity and values, and are straightforward with everything. Every interaction and communication have been positive, and I would recommend them to anyone.
Sterling Management really encompasses a great group of people. The employees are very professional and on top of repairs and problems that come up with my rental. I am very happy to have them manage my property.
They have been excellent in every way. From finding excellent tenants for my rental property, to keeping me up to date with minor accounting changes. I am very happy with the management of Sterling.

We had to move out of the area but wanted to keep our house, so we decided to rent it out. Since we hadn't done this before, we hired Sterling to take care of things for us and we couldn't be more happy with the results. They took care of everything with great professionalism and efficiency and we are just thrilled how well things went. We've told our friends and family and would highly recommend Sterling PM to anyone else!
The team there have always been great to deal with and I appreciate that they are such accessible professionals. Issues are addressed quickly and I have found it to be a pain free experience!
