Being the middle person between owners and tenants isn’t easy. Sterling Property Management understands that situation and they handle each obstacle with creativity and fairly. Great Management Company. I worked with Sterling for 9 months and they helped me turn my rental property around. As an out of town owner - their hands on day to day attention was greatly appreciated. They were honest and hard working. I have sold property - but would hire them again in a second!

I own multiple income properties and my family and I are so grateful to Sterling Properties. They have been able to find us good and reliable renters and very quickly. We are extremely appreciative for all you have done for us. We have a property in Carmel that has been a real hassle to get rented with good renters and when we signed up with Sterling it was rented out very quickly to a couple that has been there for years. You probably hear only problems from most renters and owners and not enough “thank you’s.”

My family and I really appreciate the response time and commitment to us over our 5 years living in a Sterling property. We have had some things in need of repair over the years like anyone would, and we are pleased to report that each issue has been dealt with in a very timely manner. Sterling was always out in front of each issue before it was made into a bigger problem. Overall, it’s been easy living and we hope to continue this way for the future.

Through the worst and the best, Sterling Management really has shone through. Most people dread when their property manager leaves a message on their phone. Fortunately, I have never had this anxiety because I KNOW that any issue will be dealt with promptly. Even when a big storm caused damage to my property Sterling was on the ball.
