WOW!!! where do I start. I had an appointment on February 16, 2026. Very good professional eye exam & my mom purchased contact lenses & a pair of reading glasses for me ( Birthday Gift). The contact lenses went through my vision insurance I have at work. I received them at my house. No problem there. About 3 weeks goes by. Almost a whole month, but not quite yet. I have been going to this eye doctor for years, and recently have been very disappointed customer service and care. I had an appointment back in january where i ordered glasses and contacts. The contacts shipped to my house, perfect. The glasses I had still not received after a month so I called. No answer, left a voicemail, no call back. f I could give less than 1 star I would. Terrible customer service. From the start, Michelle was on her cell phone while “helping” me find glasses. So incredibly rude. Then she promised and failed to deliver my glasses twice. Her latest new date is midweek next week and I will be shocked if that occurs. It has been 5 weeks. Everytime you call, no one picks up. I left a voicemail. Not returned. I finally had to go in there and she had a single customer there and was filled with excuses about how busy she is. The owner needs t... read more
The manager was extremely rude when I was explaining the situation of why I did not wish to return and I've continued to get reminder calls because of the errors they made 3x to my glasses that I had purchased there she was very disrespectful and hung up on my call.
