Overall? They lied and since my case is missing, stole from me. 0 stars, stay away. Have to agree with other reviewers about how bad this location is. The eye exam itself was only cover one eye, which is clearer, 1 or 2, etc. There was no glaucoma test, or anything else. The equipment broke while we were mid exam and we had to change rooms. I order my glasses the day of my appointment. Over a month later I called and was told they were not in, I asked for a call back from whoever handles the orders, but didn't hear anything.... read more
Stay Away. I went to the Lansdale Office on Nov. 11th. I ordered glasses on the 12th of November. It is Christmas Eve and I still have no glasses...6 weeks. I keep getting the run around about my glasses. I spoke to Michelle-total waste of time. I made several calls to find out where my glasses are and nobody returns calls. Like one reviewer said when they do answer they leave you on hold forever (I think they think you will hang-up). Have had great experience with Dr. Lipman for years. Service at new location in Lansdale is terrible. After exam/ordering new lenses 2 months ago, I still have not received them nor have been given any indication on what is going on. 4 phone calls (once on hold for 30 minutes, one to voicemail, 2 "i dont know, I will get back to you"), and 2 store visits (door open, no one apparently inside - could have walked out with anything), still no resolution. Stay away.
Dr. Ira is great but get your glasses elsewhere. I ordered my glasses a long time ago; still no glasses. My husband called to inquire and he was told they are in. The owner expected him to drive 20 miles to get them at another location; he said no. She was to send them to me in the mail. I am still waiting. Also, the day we ordered our glasses, my husband realized we have a prescription plan. He called the SAME day; she said she had already processed the order and could not apply the RX discount.
